This class consists of controlled exercise using light weights with high repetitions for the maximum muscle tone. A great all over body workout.
BOX FIT CIRCIUTS
Circuit based fitness class to include a mixture of boxing and various activities. Suitable for all levels.
BODY TONE & FLEX
All over body toning and conditioning to improve fitness and flexibility - all levels and ages.
AB ATTACK
Abdominal workout to tone and improve core muscles and flexibility. Suitable for all levels.
NEW DANCEATION
A New fantastic Fun workout with a Dance Twist - A mix of Hip Hop, Salsa, Jazz and Modern - Fun and easy movements.
PILATES
Slow and flowing movements strengthen core muscles which stabilise and support the spine,
realign your body, and correct postural problems.
CYCLE FIT & ABS Beginner / Improver
Beginner / Improver Level
An outside bike ride recreated indoors, great fun cardio work-out followed by a 15 minute abdominal session.
HIP HOP with Dreamz Dance School

A Fun Dance Fitness class incorporating hip-hop moves. Suitable for all levels

Using principles from Pilates and Core Stability, improve abdominals and tone up legs and bottom. Includes aerobics and stretching.

Body Balance is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.
