BODY MAX

MAXIMISE YOUR WORKOUT

A group fitness programme using adjustable dumbells to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. All major muscle groups are worked via a routine of weight-bearing exercises. One of the best ways to get in shape and researched has confirmed higher that expected fat-burning effects alongside endurance, strength and wellness benefits.

 

BODY KOMBAT
FIGHTING FIT

An exciting and popular non contact 1 hour workout, combining moves from a range of martial arts such as karate, kick-boxing and taekwondo into a routine. Music and pre-choreography create a fierce energetic experience which raises fitness levels throughout the whole body, while reducing fat and cholesterol.

 

BODY SPIN

CYCLE FIT

A fun indoor cycling programme for developing cardiovascular capacity.  Burning up to 900 calories in 60 minutes, this is a favourite of those wanting to reduce body fat. Incorporates biking choreography with great music which provides fast improvement in general endurance and lower body strength.

 

BODY TONE
TONE & CONDITION

All over body toning and conditioning class. Incorporates a warm up with low impact aerobic exercise and floor work. Suitable for all levels. 

 

BODY CONTROL
PILATES

Slow and controlled flowing movements to strengthen your “core” muscles. Creates a balance between strength and flexibility. Improves awareness of strength and dynamic stability.  Also Improves co-ordination, posture and relieves stress. All levels.

 

YOGA

Yoga has a toning effect on joints and muscles as well as improving strength flexibility, health and vitality. A calming experience which improves control over the entire body.

 

BELLY DANCING
